Kameelperd - Original Mixed Media Monotype

Original mixed media monotype featuring an giraffe. The artwork begins with a digital image or photo and is then developed through an experimental monotype printing process using a gelliplate and layers of acrylic paint.

Because the print is created by hand, each pull from the plate is different. While similar images may be made from the same starting photograph, the printing process, layering and paint application ensure that every piece is unique.
